The location was super convenient for getting around. The tram station across the street made sightseeing easy. I found the staff to be very helpful and kind. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered.

the location is really convenient near the t1 tram station making it easy to explore. the staff was helpful especially the receptionists they provided quick assistance. i especially thank nilufar for maintaining the room to a very high standard. the room was very comfy and tidy providing a restful environment
the room i stayed in was a bit small and felt cramped. also the bathroom sometimes had a noticeable smell coming from the drain. towel change was irregular that was not satisfactory

the superior room featured modern decor and a comfortable bed it had ample lighting with bedside lamps and a well-placed desk the bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

the reception staff provided excellent assistance with directions and local recommendations. housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard ensuring cleanliness and comfort. the staff were available to answer my questions at any hour.

the location was convenient as a tram stop was just outside the hotel, this made access to tourist sites easy.
the air conditioning was controlled by the reception, it turned off randomly. i woke up sweating and had to call them (it was very annoying). i had to wait for the room to cool down each time, this process took at least half an hour.

the staff was helpful. kubra and the reception staff helped with everything i needed. the television had food channels in english and hindi. the hotel is near many restaurants and supermarkets, also tram stops for popular sights!
